TECR story

Driven by Curiosity, Built on Experience

After gaining experience across the high-tech sector, I discovered a passion for solving a wide range of engineering challenges. Working as a Mechanical Design Engineer in fields such as healthcare, construction, casting, and air-capture technologies strengthened my hands-on approach and technical skills. This led me to start TECR Engineering, where I support companies on all technical aspects and help turn ideas into practical, high-quality engineering solutions through clear communication and smart design.

Services

Mechanical Design & Development

From concept sketches to detailed 3D models, I create mechanical designs that are manufacturable, efficient and technically sound.

Whether you need temporary project support or specialist knowledge, I offer flexible engineering assistance tailored to your needs.

Technical drafsman

I help creating and check drawings and create TPD packages for your design.

Prototyping & Validation

I help refine, test and validate designs to ensure they meet functional, safety and performance requirements.

Documentation & Manufacturing Packages

Clear technical drawings, BOMs, reports and documentation — all created to make your production process smoother.

My Portfolio

During my years as a mechanical design engineer I worked for several employers with different disciplines.

Carbyon GO

Role: Mechanical engineer

Scope: Technical design and calculations for a prototype of a machine that filters CO2 from the atmosphere (DAC- industry). Contribution: With a team we develop this machine, from the drawing board (creating PI&D's to MO's) to assembly, de risking through DMFEA's and and solving problems with RCA's, integration, and end-use.

Result: A working machine capable of reaching its targets.

EMRobotics

Role: Mechanical design engineer

Scope: Design and development of a surgical robot for cochlear implants

Contribution: Creation of a test setup to validate robot module, de- risking through DMFEA's preparation of TPD and measurement reports.

Result: A test setup concept to validate the robot module.

Royal Eijsbouts

Role: Constructor/technical draftsman

Scope/ contribution: Design and layout of church bell systems, preparation of TPDs and assembly instructions, and solving problems with RCA.

Secondary activity: Bell tuner in the tuning room.

Shirt design release

For the release of Alpha GO by Carbyon, I developed a shirt design alongside my regular work.
A focused side project in which creativity and brand storytelling came together.
The design aligns closely with the energy and ambition of Alpha GO.
Proud to have contributed visually to this launch.

Interested in working together or curious about what I can support you with?

I’d be happy to discuss the possibilities preferably over a good cup of coffee.
