TECR story

Driven by Curiosity, Built on Experience.

After working for several employers in the high-tech sector, I discovered that my real passion lies in exploring a broad field of engineering challenges. This curiosity led me to expand my experience into new areas, including mechanical engineering, healthcare technology, casting and construction industries, and air-capturing technologies.

Over the years, I have worked as a mechanical design engineer across multiple disciplines. Each role strengthened my analytical skills, creativity and technical knowledge and showed me the value of versatile, hands-on engineering.

With this foundation, I decided it was time to challenge myself once again.
That decision became TECR Engineering.

My goal is simple:
To help companies turn ideas into functional, well-engineered solutions through clear communication, practical design and high technical quality.

Services

Mechanical Design & Development

From concept sketches to detailed 3D models, I create mechanical designs that are manufacturable, efficient and technically sound.

Technical Engineering Support

Whether you need temporary project support or specialist knowledge, I offer flexible engineering assistance tailored to your needs.

Prototyping & Validation

I help refine, test and validate designs to ensure they meet functional, safety and performance requirements.

Documentation & Manufacturing Packages

Clear technical drawings, BOMs, reports and documentation — all created to make your production process smoother.

My Portfolio

During my years as a mechanical design engineer I worked for several employers with different disciplines.

Carbyon GO

Role: Mechanical engineer

Scope: Technical design and calculations for a prototype of a machine that filters CO2 from the atmosphere (DAC- industry). Contribution: With a team we develop this machine, from the drawing board to assembly, integration, and end-use.

Result: A working machine capable of reaching its targets.

EMRobotics

Role: Mechanical design engineer

Scope: Design and development of a surgical robot for cochlear implants

Contribution: Creation of a test setup to validate robot module, preparation of TPD and measurement reports.

Result: A test setup concept to validate the robot module.

Royal Eijsbouts

Role: Constructor/technical draftsman

Scope/ contribution: Design and layout of church bell systems, preparation of TPDs and assembly instructions.

Secondary activity: Bell tuner in the tuning room.

Interested in working together or curious about what I can support you with?

I’d be happy to discuss the possibilities preferably over a good cup of coffee.
